Serve food and beverages to guests, taking extra
Care to perform any additional table-side preparation or service as required for items served.
Describe and recommend wines to guests; bring selection to the table with appropriate glasses and pour the wine for the guests.
Check with the guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.

Prepare certain hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
