Deliver food items to guests' tables as ordered and within the appropriate time limits (hot food hot, cold food cold), describing each food item when placing them in front of the guests using seat position numbers.
Greet all guests in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
Check that each plate is wiped and correctly garnished prior to leaving the kitchen. Accountable for all plates leaving the kitchen window.
Check for proper condiments and utensils when approaching the table to deliver food.
Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems.
Assist service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
Keep the food line and runner stations clean, regularly checking floor for debris.
Stock service areas with supplies such as plates, utensils, pizza boxes, condiments, and to go items throughout service period.
Maintain awareness of current availability of food items throughout service period and communicate effectively with management and service team.
Take extra care to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in each duty performed.
